Also, remember when you are at the beginning, you will not have the kind of endurance a professional athlete or a bodybuilder experience should therefore not be discouraged if you can not follow Arnie (who has been practicing for 2 years) on your first training session itself. Do not make your session, gym ego fight, there is nothing to prove here. Judge your progress smoothly and relax on your program.

Less than 2 days a week is a good beginning when bodybuilding regime. Do not press when you drive. Make sure you have at least 2 hours. Start with some cardiovascular exercises to load your muscles. Spend some time on the carpet or try spinning, whatever your heart pump about 80% of its capacity is usually a good choice. If you do not want to add some cardiovascular exercises in your cardiovascular exercise, then you can do after your fitness regime.
